ATI Forged Products produces and markets a wide range of specialty metal alloys, including titanium, nickel, and steel forgings to end use markets such as aerospace, energy, oil & gas, and general industrial markets. We have several operating facilities and deliver products to customers globally.

We are currently seeking a EHS Training Manager. This position reports to the Director of EHS at our headquarters in Cudahy, WI.

This position will manage, develop, implement and track all environmental, health, and safety training for our domestic operations. The Training Manager will work with the EHS Team in addition to the Learning and Development Team to coordinate and schedule courses and to establish training logistics.

Requirements:



  • Develop EHS training curriculum for all domestic sites of ATI Forged Products. Includes site-specific training plans/calendars for each site to meet their regulatory requirements and provide relevant training material.
  • Review and ensure LMS content meets regulatory compliance and ATI requirements.
  • Assist with and create training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, toolbox talks, one-point lessons, etc. for both in person classroom training and/or computer-based training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at multiple sites, departments, and leadership, to build a strong rapport with all impacted individuals
  • Develop training tracking systems utilizing existing LMS or other methods to ensure the business remains compliant to all regulatory training requirements
  • Distribute monthly reports to the EHS and Operations teams on individuals past due on training requirements and those individuals coming due to for recertifications in the next 30-60 days
  • Coordinate and schedule all EHS training sessions for WI operations; coordinate with EHS and/or operations team members for conducting the training
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations as needed; coordinate other EHS team members to support as needed
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Learning Management Systems
  • Assist with and support LMS customer service with enrollment, training course information, etc.
  • Performs other duties as required


Basic Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED and
  • 3+ years working in environmental, health, and safety in a manufacturing environment.


Essential Skills



  • Working knowledge of EHS regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and NFPA.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to learn the learning management system


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs.
  • Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 50 pounds, as some equipment and materials might be heavy.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites, which may require driving or other forms of transportation.
