As our Manager, Global Payroll Services, you will lead our global payroll operations and ensure team members are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local laws.

What you'll do:



  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll for our 1,400+ team members across different geographies, including US, India, Japan and EMEA.
  • Manage and mentor payroll professionals who process payroll for multiple countries. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and build a strong, engaged team that operates with excellence and integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and regional partners to ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and related compliance.
  • Maintain and reconcile payroll accounts, supporting month-end close, and audit processes.
  • Stay current on international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist with payroll system updates, testing, and implementations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide exceptional service to team members by responding promptly to payroll inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Support reporting and analytics efforts for global payroll metrics.


What you'll bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience processing and supporting global payroll in a multinational organization plus 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required.
  • Strong English language skills both written and verbal
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor laws across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, or APAC).
  • Experience with enterprise payroll systems such as Dayforce or ADP.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across functions and cultures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
