KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Alliance Marketing to join our Clients and Markets organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute a joint strategic marketing plan for the Google alliance that aligns with the alliance's business plan and growth ambitions
  • Drive the development and execution of a content strategy focused on differentiated messaging, value propositions and sales enablement tools such as videos, social assets and case studies
  • Create, plan, and optimize demand generation programs, including KPMG's presence at Google conferences, webinars and client events, applying an innovative and strategic approach
  • Manage a variety of programs by developing and utilizing detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery; leverage lead management tools to measure program effectiveness and sales impact
  • Utilize marketing funds effectively to achieve the best results from marketing programs, including forecasting and reporting on actuals; project manage KPMG's presence at alliance-specific conferences and execute a portfolio of demand-generation programs, including joint webinars, client roundtables and digital campaigns focused on data and AI readiness.
  • Increase the visibility and awareness of our alliance solutions through targeted social media, podcasts, advertising and by updating web content; create co-branded marketing assets with Google that support the content strategy, and amplify our brand by leveraging campaign assets, industry collateral and thought leadership; proactively build and foster strategic relationships within Google's marketing organization to identify and position KPMG for unique, high-impact co-marketing opportunities; support alliance partner sales kick-off events and other relationship-based initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent, integrated marketing experience, preferably from a Fortune 500 enterprise technology/software company or a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Extensive experience leading alliance marketing initiatives, with a deep and proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, events and digital strategies; a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership, including experience with performance management and the professional development (PML) of a team
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior business stakeholders and C-level executives, leveraging strong networking skills to drive projects forward and ensure delivery against key milestones; a proactive and autonomous leader with demonstrated expertise in managing complex, large-scale projects and their associated budgets from conception to completion
  • Exceptional, executive-level communication skills with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and operational requirements with efficiency and political savvy; a strategic and adaptable mindset, with the proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive change and exercise sound judgment in escalating issues and making critical business decisions; proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and travel as required, demonstrating strong self-motivation and communication skills across both virtual and in-person environments
  • Actwith integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG'srespectful and courteous work environment

California Salary Range: $155000 - $311000
