As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Monitor in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned auto industry locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a strong presence throughout the area. You will conduct regular patrols, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues within the location.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site personnel regarding security-related incidents.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from restricted areas within the auto facility.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and/or site management.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control systems and/or badge processes is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
