Job Description




As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a strong visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining access control and supporting the secure operation of the property. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, adhering to security-related procedures and site-specific policies while responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, observing for unusual behaviors or unauthorized access within the commercial real estate location.
  • Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations through detailed and timely reporting as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management, site leadership, and/or emergency services when incidents or concerns arise.
  • Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with directions, information, and general inquiries, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Support access control measures and observe for compliance with site rules and regulations within the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
