Lifespark is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Technology to lead our technology operations. This executive will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, systems, IT security and software implementation processes. While strategic vision is valuable, the primary focus of this position is hands-on IT implementation, project delivery, and operational excellence.

Position: Senior Vice President of Technology

RN Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 annually, depending on experience

Service Area: Hybrid. Corporate Office and some travel to our senior living facilities. Plus, mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile.

Schedule: Full - Time / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Functions & Responsibilities:



  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of IT projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of IT systems and operational processes to maximize efficiency and reliability.
  • Advise cross-functional teams responsible for technology delivery, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and integrations
  • Drive Analytics Strategy - Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to support business and clinical decision making.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers for optimal technology procurement and support.
  • Team Leadership - Build, mentor, and lead high performing technology team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators for IT operations and report regularly to executive leadership.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems implementation, and project management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technology deployments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or senior services technology environments is a plus.
