* Enrollment Representative * Location: Westminster, CO 80020 Pay: $18.50/hour (weekly pay) Start Date: December 1st About the Role We're looking for an Enrollment Representative to help families explore and enroll in our child care programs. You'll be the first point of contact-answering questions, sharing details about our offerings, and guiding families toward scheduling an on-site tour. * What You'll Do* * Handle inbound calls from families interested in child care services. * Educate families on enrollment options, including backup care and educational assistance programs. * Coordinate tours for our brick-and-mortar child care centers. * Make outbound follow-up calls to families who expressed interest but haven't scheduled a tour or need additional documentation. * Navigate multiple systems (7+ applications) to manage inquiries and enrollment processes. * Training & Schedule* * Training: 4 weeks (2 weeks classroom, 2 weeks nesting), 8:00 AM-4:30 PM M-F. * Attendance: Consistent attendance is critical; missing more than one day may impact training completion. * Post-Training: Potential remote work based on performance. Schedule will be an 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. * What We're Looking For* * Strong multitasking skills-comfortable toggling between multiple screens. * Ability to follow coaching and quality standards. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. #WestPriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
