As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout retail and mall locations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to management and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with questions or directions as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site leadership.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting unusual situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Guard Card or license; this is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
