This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
Responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality operations across the regional supply chain network. This includes oversight of third-party vendors, standardizing processes across all vendor hubs, and maintaining quality from warehouse to retail to final customer delivery. This role is a key driver of quality assurance, root cause analysis, audit execution, and Lean/Six Sigma-based continuous improvement
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Expertise in quality systems, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis * Experience standardizing processes across multi-site or multi-vendor environments * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); data visualization or analytics tools a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record per company policy Required Education Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, or Quality Management; or equivalent experience Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
