As Microsoft's Collections Manager, the mission is to safeguard AR and accelerate cash flow as a trusted advisor-championing customer obsession, building inclusive, trust-based partnerships, elevating the customer's voice in decisions, and resolving escalations with clarity-to optimize collections performance and fuel sustainable growth.As a Finance Manager - Global Collections, you'll be safeguarding Microsoft's investments in Accounts Receivable as a trusted advisor to the business-driving profitable growth and stewarding the lifecycle of every dollar with care and clarity. You'll be accelerating cash flow and elevating collections performance by cultivating strong, inclusive partnerships, amplifying the customer's voice in decisions, and applying modern, AIenabled solutions to resolve escalations effectively. You'll be modeling Microsoft's leadership principles-communicating with clarity, generating positive energy, and delivering results-while nurturing a collaborative, growthmindset culture that empowers global teams.
