Job duties to include assisting resident physicians with checking out books from the PMR Library, meet, greets, and directs visitors; answers routine inquiries; opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to department staff/faculty. Answer the phone, routes call, takes messages, and provides general information; assists with the UNM HEaRT Program as needed including making deliveries. The student of interest will also perform a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; may operate a personal computer to draft basic correspondence, work on prepare medical records for storage. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Typical work hours will be M-F, between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Work schedules are flexible and will be worked out with the supervisor before beginning employment. Must be able to work a minimum of 15-28 hours per week.
