We're looking for a Customer Service Rep to be the friendly voice behind our automotive service experience! In this role, you'll: * Handle 80-100 inbound calls daily, helping customers with their vehicle service needs * Schedule appointments and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience * Make outbound calls to follow up and keep guests informed and satisfied * Keep customer records up-to-date in our internal system * Deliver top-tier customer service that leaves a lasting impression If you love solving problems, staying organized, and making someone's day better-this is the job for you! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
