Job Description Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst where you will engage in business-to-business collections while managing a portfolio of customers and aging reports. You will be responsible for applying collected payments and validating credit requests. Responsibilities * Conduct business-to-business collections. * Manage a diverse portfolio of customers. * Oversee and analyze aging reports. * Apply payments that have been collected. * Validate credit requests. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Proficiency in accounts receivable processes. * Experience in collections and accounting. * Strong skills in invoicing, reconciliation, and cash application. * Ability to handle deductions and refunds. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Expertise in managing aging reports. * Proficiency in email communication. * Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
