Work Schedule * Option 1: Tuesday-Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM + Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM * Option 2: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM * Work Type: On-site, 5 days a week Required Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience * High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication * Proficiency in Microsoft applications * Ability to show empathy and maintain a professional phone manner * Strong attention to detail * Experience with medical office, terminology, pharmacy, or claims is a plus * Must be amenable to work in Cary, NC * Open to start on December 02, 2025 Job Responsibilities * Handle inbound/outbound calls for prescription status, delivery scheduling, and payment * Update customer profiles and progress notes * Route calls appropriately and ensure customer satisfaction * Verify insurance, provide invoice copies, and answer patient questions * Identify and report adverse events and product complaints * Perform other duties as assigned based on team/program needs Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr.
