Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• One year of experience (or four years without a degree) in administrative or HR-related support, such as onboarding,data entry, or compliance tasks

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable usingMicrosoft Word,Excel, and other business orHR systems

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Physical Demands

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
