Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Pathology) Location: 1500 E Duarte Rd. Duarte CA 91010 Shift: 1st M-F 8am-5pm Duration: 3 months + possibility to perm Payrate range : $28/hr. on w2 without benefits Job Description: First and foremost, candidates should be familiar with COH and, more importantly, pathology. This role provides comprehensive administrative and analytical support to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Department of Pathology daily. The position demands discretion, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to manage complex and confidential tasks. Key responsibilities include managing departmental budgets, accounts, purchasing, personnel, and facilities; coordinating faculty appointments, promotions, and events such as symposiums and research forums; and serving as a primary liaison for faculty, staff, and external visitors. Minimum Qualifications: At least one year in an Administrative Support position with a preference for 2 years. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred.
