* Exceptional ability to engage, communicate, and collaborate with senior leadership, program leads, project managers, and subject matter experts.

* Track record of effectively managing large-scale programs.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

* Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
