Position Overview

Marketing Specialist - Renegade RV | Bristol, IN (Onsite)

Req ID: 25682 | Reports to: Marketing Manager | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

TheMarketing Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and excited about the RV lifestyle and outdoor travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads (Google, Meta, YouTube), and web platforms.
  • Manage and grow companies' social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement with followers.
  • Work with website partners on updates, SEO initiatives, and landing page optimization to improve online visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the agency on record on email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and drip campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging blog posts, videos, and digital assets that appeal to RV owners and travel enthusiasts.
  • Coordinate with dealers and partners on local digital promotions and co-branded campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on RV industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools or platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in automotive, outdoor, or lifestyle industries.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Shopify) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Passion for RVs, travel, or the outdoor lifestyle is a bonus!
Work Environment & Travel

* Onsite - Bristol, IN (Renegade facility).

* Travel approximately two-day trips per month to additional brand locations; no overnight or extended travel required.
