As a Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will play a crucial role in supporting a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the facility. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment in an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in accordance with company and site guidelines.
• Support Allied Universal and client personnel by assisting with access control and visitor management procedures as needed.
• Maintain clear and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and other activities as required by site protocols.
• Remain alert and observant while performing duties, adapting to the unique environment and requirements of an aerospace and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
