As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you'll play an important role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help maintain a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service to everyone onsite. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure atmosphere for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to monitor for any unusual conditions.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while maintaining awareness of surroundings and potential risks.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required, verifying credentials, and helping to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Collaborate with site management and emergency services as needed during incidents or drills, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
