As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help create a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a security-related presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas throughout the property to observe unusual activity or potential security-related hazards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or tenants at the location, addressing questions and providing assistance as needed.
• Document and report any incidents, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
