Location:Remote Job Summary Communicates technical support solutions to internal users by troubleshooting computer applications, hardware, and system issues. Coordinates with network services, software engineering, and application development teams to restore service and resolve technical problems efficiently. Documents troubleshooting activities in a tracking log, identifies opportunities to enhance support processes, and recommends solutions to improve system reliability and user experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain PL/SQL code for various applications using GIT version control. Design and implement SQL database architectures. Model and manage customer specific data for Electronic Distribution or Electric Transmission systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from GIS, Outage Management Systems, AMI, Work Management, and Asset Management Systems. Analyze and optimize database performance. Understand, Interpret and Utilize data from Utilities related to GIS, Outage Management Systems, AMI, Work Management, Asset Management and Inspection Data. Leadership and mentoring skills with junior team members. Required Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree 8-11 years of Experience Field(s) of Expertise:
