Role Objective
Reporting to the Channel Sales Vice President the National Sales Director, Non-Acute Healthcare is responsible for managing both the overall non-acute market business and medical channel distributors. This role develops and implements strategies for increasing sales and profitability within the non-acute team's assigned distributors and end-users. Achieves and maintains category leadership status with non-acute medical distribution partners, GPOs, and end-users. Drives field engagement initiatives and sales plans to penetrate the non-acute continuum of care. Responsible for business development, management and growth of assigned customers within the non-acute healthcare market (end-users) and channel (distributors). The expected starting pay for this role is between 148,400.00 - 204,100.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations.
