The Client Success Manager supports the Fleet Sales Team by providing advanced operational, analytical, and strategic support across sales processes, reporting, and performance optimization. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and insight in sales operations, enabling the Fleet Sales Team to achieve revenue and productivity goals. The position also advises on sales operations activities across the company and serves as a subject matter expert on internal sales processes and systems.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic and operational support for national and regional Fleet Sales teams, focusing on lead generation, sales process enablement, client readiness, and analysis across the sales lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales Operations leadership, Fleet Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and IT to develop and recommend issue resolution strategies and drive alignment on go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and customer segmentation.


Sales Process & Proposal Management:

  • Assist the Fleet Sales organization with complex client proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Enhance proposal development and sales execution processes.
  • Maintain and enhance tools and systems associated with lead-to-quote, contacting, deal structuring, and other sales processes.
  • Drive automation of legacy processes to improve efficiency for the Fleet Sales Team.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership in a timely and consistent manner; deliver creative insights to forecasting that generate project work to improve the sales business.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and reporting related to sales goals, financials, and metrics.
  • Develop content, analysis, and tools aligned with product/service business objectives.
  • Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior leadership


Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

  • Research Client problems, working cross-functionally to develop and implement effective resolutions.
  • Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead functional continuous process improvement by recommending enhancements and identifying new/improved sales processes and methods.
  • Potential client-facing support and engagement 15-20% of the time.

Who You Are

Minimum Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required


Preferred:

  • Experience in a Sales role and/or Sales Operations strongly preferred.
  • Team supervision / management strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and related data management/reporting systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrates high levels of accuracy in processing information, utilizing checklists and cross-checking outputs to ensure error-free deliverables.
  • Ability to present to executive level audiences.


USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
