Production Operator

Staffmark is hiring Production Operators in Vandalia, OH! Join a growing manufacturing team where precision and quality drive success. As a Production Operator, you'll assemble products efficiently and accurately while maintaining the highest quality standards in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: $19/hr
• Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift, Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-assembly operations and assemble parts accurately
• Follow process specifications, routers, and drawings for instructions
• Cut leads, wrap tape, and set up/run the lead-cutting machine
• Complete and document inspections to ensure product quality
• Work independently and stay focused on production goals
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 10 hours per day

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of product assembly experience or proficiency in at least one job function
• Mechanically inclined with excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small parts (under 1.5 inches in diameter)
• Basic math and measurement skills; able to read rulers and technical drawings
• ITAR compliant
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize work
