Customer Experience Strategist

Sentinel is looking for a Customer Experience Strategist to add to our team. In this role, the candidate would bridge operational activities with strategic business objectives, turning customer data into actional initiative that improve satisfaction, loyalty and growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration with teams like marketing, sales, and product managers, and the ability to create and present actionable plans to stakeholders, including executive leadership. This is a full time hybrid role, reporting onsite in Downers Grove, IL.

3+ years of experience working in a data analytic role or similar role
• Strong working knowledge and experience with Power BI, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini
• Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
• Comprehension of business needs in order to develop data models
• Experience with creating dashboards, KPIs and reports
• Microsoft Certifications are a plus but not required
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude

Compensation Range:

$110,000-$120,000 annually
