Staffmark is seeking an experienced Electrical Test Associate to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Plano, TX. In this role,
you'll perform manual and automated testing of PCB assemblies and components, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Conduct functional, in-circuit, and continuity tests on PCBAs
  • Operate ICT, FCT, and other electronic testing equipment
  • Read and follow schematics, test specs, and technical documentation
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document test failures and defects
  • Record test data accurately in production and ERP systems
  • Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and test fixtures
  • Work closely with leads, production managers, and engineers
  • Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety protocols
  • Cross-train in other departments as needed



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience in electronics testing or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Able to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and electronics testing tools
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work at benches for extended periods
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident status required
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team setting
