As a Security Officer - Access Control Manufacturing in Newnan, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the premises. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to support site-specific access control procedures.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or contractors with inquiries related to access and site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to observe for irregularities and report security-related concerns as needed.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
• Document and report all security-related activities, incidents, and/or suspicious behavior according to established protocols.
• Participate in emergency response activities as appropriate to support the well-being of individuals on-site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
