Role: Outpatient Clinician
Department: Psych Individual/Group Therapy
Position Type: Full Time, Days
Sign-On Bonus: $7,000*

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Clinician to join our team in Denville, New Jersey. This role provides therapeutic and clinical services to youth and families in an outpatient setting, supporting clients through individualized care, collaboration, and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

    Provide direct clinical services to youth and families, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy.

  • Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure coordinated care.

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements.

  • Offer consultation, education, and support to clients, families, and community partners.

  • Monitor treatment progress and practice utilization management to ensure quality and efficiency of services.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  1. LCSW preferred; LPC, LCADC license for independent practice level required. (If the employee holds one or more of these licenses, primary source verification must be tracked annually).
  2. Master's in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.

Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $60,548.80 to $75,691.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
