Job Summary:
The Volunteer Coordinator Assistant supports the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers at Wings. This role assists in tracking volunteer hours, organizing schedules, and helping recognize and retain our dedicated volunteer base.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Volunteer Management Support:
*Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and on boarding new volunteers.
*Maintain updated records and volunteer contact lists.
2.Scheduling & Communication:
*Coordinate volunteer shifts and event assignments.
*Communicate updates, reminders, and appreciation messages.
3.Event & Program Support:
*Help organize volunteer trainings, orientations, and recognition events.
*Provide on-site support during programs and community events.

Position Type: Part-time

Qualifications:

*Strong people skills and an interest in service.
*Familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry.
*Experience working with volunteers is a plus.
