Job Description We are seeking talented technical sales professional with a passion for helping customers successfully deploy Motorola Solutions technologies. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will work with some of the world's most recognized organizations, supporting their efforts to enhance safety, security, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor; your job is to know the customer's needs and how Motorola Solutions can solve them. You will be guiding customers in selecting the right solutions, shaping deployment architectures, coordinating with vendors on installation and support strategies, overseeing project execution, and supporting launch planning. After deployment, you will remain engaged to address ongoing operational needs and ensure long-term success. The Technical Account Manager serves as a key link between customers and Motorola Solutions's internal teams. You will collaborate closely with Channel Sales Executives (CSEs), with your role focusing on technical advocacy while CSEs manage the broader business relationship. This partnership ensures that each deployment is executed effectively, delivering outcomes that align with our customers' strategic objectives. At Motorola Solutions, you will:

Target Base Salary Range: $120,000- $130,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
