With offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio, Pepper Construction is a national general contracting and construction management firm that primarily serves the private sector. Pepper Construction provides clients the experience and resources of a national company, combined with the hands-on approach of a local company. As an Office Coordinator at Pepper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment that supports both our people and our business operations. This position provides direct administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP of HR), while also assisting with broader office coordination and employee engagement activities across the company. This position will be onsite in our Barrington, IL office. Position Summary The Office Coordinator supports the daily operations of our corporate office, ensuring a high standard of professionalism, efficiency, and service. This role assists with scheduling, interview coordination, onboarding, office logistics, and event planning, while also providing key administrative support to the HR and Accounting departments. This is an hourly, non-exempt role. The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $750,000.00. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
