Position Title: Experienced Team Lead
Wage: $17.00 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm; 6:30am-5:00pm; 5:00pm-3:30am (Mon-Thurs) We're looking for an Experienced Team Lead who's ready to take on a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in West Burlington, IA. Experienced Team Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Performs any assembly-type function, using hand or power tools. - Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners. - Work at a different work stations as production needs required. - Identify parts used on their assigned product line, and their placement location on the product itself. - Maintain work area in clean, safe and orderly manner. - Use of pallet jack to move product. - Mentoring team members on new technologies, best practices, and process improvements. - This role places a strong emphasis on in-depth technical knowledge and ability to guide the team on complex technical decisions. - Breaking down project goals into manageable tasks, assigning work to team members based on expertise, and tracking progress against deadlines. Experienced Team Lead Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively throughout shift. - Must be able to stand for a 10-hour shift. - Must be able to work in a hot environment. - Must be able to work with others. - Basic skills of handheld power tools and measurement devices. - Ability to write and verbally communicate with other employees and supervisors. - Ability to multi-task while working in fast paced environment. burlington@qpsemployment.com IND101 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
