Program Evaluator Behavioral Health Services Hourly Pay Range: $24.29 - $36.66 Closing Date: 11/4/2025 or upon receipt of the first 50 applications Job Summary: The Program Evaluator is responsible for the collection, statistical analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data. This position is also responsible for the reporting of client outcomes, program evaluation, service utilization, quality/performance improvement, and clinical research studies for both the mental health and substance abuse services focusing in youth mental health programs and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS). This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of at least two days a week in office. Essential Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of Federal, State and County regulations, Wisconsin Administrative Code for Community Services; knowledge of the principles and practices of developing and implementing mental health and substance abuse programs; oral and written communication skills; report writing skills; analytical skills; organizational skills; ability to work productively with representatives of the Behavioral Health Services and contracted agencies; and ability to work effectively and harmoniously with staff. You will be required to drive 5-10% of the time in this role. NOTE: This ORIGINAL APPLICATION is open to qualified residents of the State of Wisconsin at the time of application.
