Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

The Cash Management Operations Specialist delivers comprehensive operational support for Apple Bank's cash management products. This position encompasses identifying, analyzing, and assisting with the delivery of cash management solutions and services to both established business clients and targeted prospective corporate customers. The Specialist delivers cash management solutions to support the Bank's various business lines in meeting client needs. The incumbent works closely with the Head of Cash Management Operations to guarantee that programs and operations comply with internal and external standards-specifically pertaining to Compliance, Risk, BSA/AML, and Audit-and that they effectively fulfill customer and departmental goals. Additionally, this role proactively identifies compliance risks, including those related to BSA/AML, assesses suitability of requested services including overall product credit risk exposure and implements measures to mitigate inherent risks associated with these services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Head of Cash Management Operations in identifying client-appropriate products and services and actively contribute to their implementation.
  • Process requests for opening, closing, and modifying cash management services in collaboration with banking partners including assessing overall credit risk when adding cash management services or considering product limit increases.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients into analysis and deliver cross-functional team support as needed.
  • Provide constructive feedback and promote best practice sharing throughout the department.
  • Execute daily cash management tasks including suitability assessments, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and proactively seek opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in required internal and external meetings, delivering updates as requested.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full range of cash management products and services offered.
  • Complete additional assigned duties and ad hoc projects as required.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations required.
  • Consistently exhibits outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with digital banking products and services, as well as back-office support functions, is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of internal policies and procedures, compliance standards, regulations, BSA/AML, and other related requirements.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
