Are you ready to launch your career in healthcare recruiting? Jackson Therapy Partners' Junior Recruiter Program is a 6-12 month, structured development opportunity designed to build the foundation for a successful career in full-cycle recruitment. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn directly from top-performing recruiters, and play a vital role in connecting clinicians with life-changing assignments across the country.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and engage clinicians using multiple platforms - including internal databases, job boards, cold calling, social media, email, and text.

  • Screen and qualify candidates' credentials, skills, and availability before passing them to senior recruiters.

  • Match qualified clinicians to open positions and ensure accurate documentation in our database.

  • Provide full desk support to senior recruiters, including:

    • Conducting reference checks

    • Creating candidate profiles and editing resumes

    • Assisting with credentialing and document uploads

    • Helping collect timesheets and communicate with active clinicians

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events - both virtually and in person.

  • Support company initiatives and embody our core values of Others First, Wisdom, and Growth.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals encouraged to apply

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database entry

  • Confident communicator via phone, email, and text

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable goals

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
