Overview

In this role, you will perform a variety of services in administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

    Responding to routine correspondence under own signature or draft response for review on more complex correspondence
  • Managing calendars for conflicts, schedule updates, block travel time, and ensure team visibility on key dates (e.g., PTO)
  • Preparing meetings including scheduling, agenda prep, and note-taking for action items and follow-up tracking

  • Monitoring recurring deliverables and deadlines, ensuring completion (e.g., monthly reports)
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, summaries, and internal communications

  • Preparing expense report submissions and processing

  • Assisting in screening incoming calls or messages to prioritize key communications

  • Accessing and preparing confidential memos and/or documentation
  • Coordinating travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and workspace arrangements
  • Assisting with Time Sheet entry
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned within designated

Education/Experience:

  • A high school diploma is required; some college or applicable business certification is preferred
  • 3 years minimum of office/clerical experience

  • Utilize technology effectively - proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and related systems, familiarity with HR platforms a plus.
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication standards

  • Take initiative to identify process improvements and optimize administrative workflows
  • Maintain strong follow-up ownership, ensuring commitments and deliverables are completed.
  • Use logical or rational thinking to solve problems; make decisions based on personal judgment

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
