SUMMARY: TheSr. Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage employees, strengthen culture, and align teams with business priorities. This role partners with senior commercial business leaders and cross-functional groups to deliver clear, compelling content across internal channels and events, while tailoring communications to effectively reach the sales force. The Sr. Manager will leverage digital platforms and AI tools to enhance efficiency and impact, oversee messaging for change initiatives, and measure results to continuously improve communications that keep employees informed, inspired, and connected to the company's mission. In addition, this individual will act as a trusted advisor on communication best practices, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment across the commercial organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Illinois, if selected for this role, and may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $170,000 - $190,000 and eligibility for a 15% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
