Description The customer is looking for a strong problem solver, equipped with analytical and quantitative skills suited to approach various kinds of challenges. A critical thinker, able to deconstruct problems and transform insights into reporting that influences business decisions. Qualifications - 3 years of relevant experience in a data analytics role - Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making - Be able to write complex SQL queries. - Ad-hoc analysis of abstract customer cases / business question - A/B testing - Previous experience with KPI creation: Defying and creating the logic, processing the data to allow team to report on the KPI, previous experience creating operational functional metrics - End-to-end experience with data, including querying, aggregation and analysis - Excellent communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audience, including executives - Ability to translate high-level business objectives into actions Hybrid, based in Cupertino, on site Tues-Thurs Skills SQL, a/b testing, Ad-hoc Analysis, web analytics, python, R, data analysis, multivariate testing, Product analysis, tableau, Requirements gathering, stakeholder management Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
