Staffmark is seeking a skilled and reliable Custodian to join a dedicated team in Siloam Springs, AR. If you have previous custodial experience, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive work environment with long-term potential.

Pay Rate: $12.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate with Custodial Services to plan tasks and set priorities.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, litter removal, restroom and drinking fountain cleaning, window washing, graffiti removal, and marker board cleaning.
  • Conduct periodic deep cleaning including carpet care, floor stripping/waxing, upholstery cleaning, and detailed area cleaning.
  • Use and manage cleaning agents safely and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Set up for special events and assist in other areas as needed.
  • Follow flexible work schedules, including summers, holidays, special events, overtime, and snow days.
  • Respond to emergency cleaning requests and report facility repair needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
