This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

Our North America Retail Brand Marketing team is looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist II that will focus on the behavior of consumers and creates retail experiences to build a connection to the brand. They will develop, communicate, and execute product presentations and Visual Merchandising initiatives within Direct-to-Consumer factory outlet stores.

HOWYOU'LLMAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Collaborates with signage and fixture partners to deliver compelling seasonal storytelling initiatives, windows, and floor-set directives.

  • Oversees visual presentation standards for factory outlet stores. Manages best practices where needed and strategizes with retail team and channel manager to implement agreed-upon changes and updates.

  • Assists in creating seasonal Merchandising directives based on pre-season strategy and monthly window directives aligned to seasonal initiatives.

  • Creates and executes reactionary updates per merchant and in-store marketing needs.

  • Collaborates with merchant partners during assortment planning phase to provide retail presentation point of view and guardrails.

  • Develops seasonal product catalogs and distributes to store staff and field leadership.

  • Manages creation and content of new store/remodel directives. Travels to new store openings to lead merchandising and training. Recaps openings to the larger Marketing group. Manages outside agencies to assist with completion when necessary.

  • Participates in market visits including store visits with DTC leadership and competitor market visits.

  • Drives capacity studies for new programs and provides detailed dimensions or other deliverables as part of collaborative briefing.

  • Partner with CSC's Factory Outlet Merchant/Buying, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing and Brand Design teams to ensure all program executions are aligned, communicated, documented, and installed on time and within budget

  • Manage mannequin vendors and oversee all orders associated with the Outlet channel.

YOU ARE

  • Well-versed in retail (factory outlet division experience preferred)

  • Able to manage and track complex in-store marketing programs

  • A strong communicator, including excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • A creative problem solver

YOUHAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, marketing, or related field or work experience equivalent to a degree.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in-store marketing, retail marketing or product marketing experience.

  • Intermediate knowledge of In-Design, and the adobe suite and MS Office

  • Ability to travel upwards of 50% of the time.
