Position Summary

This full-time position offers an anticipated annual base pay range of $75,000-$85,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may include an annual bonus target (subject to eligibility and requirements). Your Tasks

  • Manage and generate quotations for allocated accounts.
  • Respond efficiently to incoming telephone, email, and website inquiries.
  • Identify and provide solution-based packages from TUV SUD's service portfolio.
  • Generate quotations and proposals quickly using the CRM tool.
  • Follow up on quotations to convert them to orders, recording all activities in the CRM.
  • Compile and validate prospect lists, maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Conduct site visits to meet with engineers developing products requiring evaluations and testing.
  • Add value by listening to customer requirements and understanding their compliance needs.
  • Enter key information into the business project management tool once quotations become projects.


Your Qualifications

  • Recent and in-depth experience in account management or delivering EMC, RF/Wireless, or Product Safety Test Services in a TIC environment.
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulatory submission requirements.
  • Experience working with international customers.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device regulatory process (FDA, EU MDR, and other bodies).
  • Knowledge of medical device project management, clinical trials, and design/development processes.
  • Laboratory-based product testing knowledge within the TIC industry or experience with product qualification (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 14708, FCC/EU RED Wireless Standards).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Consistent ability to deliver, plan for contingencies, and seek improvement opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and perspectives.
  • Practical financial and business fundamentals, including key profit drivers.
  • Proven ability to balance technical judgment and business awareness.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and business tools.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
