Sr. Master Data Specialist

Contract Employee, York, PA

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data to ensure system access and time recording method
• Create and maintain custom company-specific labor levels, pay rules, work rules, accrual profiles, schedules
• Testing of new implementations or processes
• Accumulate, analyze and document pay exceptions/corrections for submission to corporate payroll team
• Balance, review and approve processed totals from corporate payroll team
• Provide audit and payroll support

Qualifications

• 3+ years advanced Dayforce and or ADP database administration experience. Experience with payroll processing is an asset
• Experience with UKG preferred
• Experience with Success Factors preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational and time/project management skills. Ability to prioritize assignments and meet dynamic deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proactive, motivated, results-oriented individual capable of working in a team environment and partnering with several areas within the division and corporate office.
• Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
