Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Roseville, MN Pay Rate: $20/hour Employment Type: Full-Time \| 40 hours per week Overview: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking service on our products. You'll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling service appointments. Key Responsibilities: * Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy * Troubleshoot product-related issues and determine appropriate service solutions * Schedule onsite service appointments with technicians * Accurately log all customer interactions in our internal CRM system * Perform basic invoicing tasks using Excel spreadsheets * Maintain a positive attitude while managing repetitive clerical tasks Qualifications: Must-Haves: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in an office setting) * Strong multitasking and communication skills * Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Excel Preferred: * Experience with scheduling appointments or dispatching services * Familiarity with CRM systems Why Join Us? * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow within the company * Training provided for all systems and processes If you're a motivated individual who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! #PriorityEast Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
