Chief Growth Officer

AllHealth Network (AHN), a leading provider in the behavioral health sector, is seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to shape and execute our long-term strategic vision. As a key member of our Executive Committee, the CGO will collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to ensure AHN continues to thrive in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Committee to develop and implement organization-wide strategy and annual strategic plans
• Lead strategic planning and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives
• Drive revenue diversification, including new payer partnerships and service lines
• Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analyses
• Foster an inclusive, innovative culture and support organizational transformation

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategy, or related roles (healthcare/nonprofit preferred)
• Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies and managing acquisitions
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams

Salary: $220k - $250k
