Maintains current knowledge related to applicable statutes, regulations, guidelines and standards necessary to perform job duties in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Compliance Plan. Participates in compliance activities under the direction of the Department Manager and Corporate Compliance Officer. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum Requirements 1. Master's degree from an accredited program in counseling, psychology, social work, family therapy or closely related field, 2. Staff with a master's degree in social work are required to have a MO LMSW 3. Knowledge of psychiatric terminology and the process of psychiatric diagnosis. 4. Must demonstrate knowledge of the theory and practice of mental health assessment and treatment and have basic research skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. 6. Must have organizational and leadership skills. 7. Must be able to demonstrate good independent judgment, adapt to new duties and work in a changing environment. 8. If driving is a requirement for the employee, he/she must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment. 9. Completion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment. 10.
