As a key member of our Arbitration team in Ready Logistics, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining the health of our accounts receivable. This position involves proactively monitoring overdue accounts, initiating contact with business partners to facilitate timely payments or establish installment plans, and conducting outreach to locate partners with updated contact information. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all communications and collection activities, resolving billing inquiries and disputes professionally, and preparing regular reports that detail the status of outstanding accounts and progress on repayment efforts.

USD 17.74 - 26.59 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $17.74 - $26.59/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
