This Position reports to:

Project Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
  • Processes orders by coordinating with Project Management, Sales, Services, Logistics, and other internal teams
  • Prepares and analyzes statistics (e.g., forecast and OTD).
  • Keeps customers proactively informed and clarifies doubts
  • Ensures accuracy of ERP (master data, payment/trade policy, contracts).
  • Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinates end-to-end handling (production, scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoices).
  • Ensures resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Degree in Business Administration related field or experience in project administration tasks
  • 3 years of experience in project support tasks and/or administrative role
  • Knowledge of complete Microsoft Office package, SAP and basics of project management
  • Mindset to continuous improvement, take ownership, drive improvement
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
