This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model:Hybrid #LI-hybrid

• Design and manage the technical training offer for ABB products (drives, motors, PLCs), ensuring alignment with ABB standards and Qualiopi certification.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation (trainers, rooms, equipment), and availability of learning materials.
• Deliver technical training in person or at customer sites, supervise internal and external trainers, and support their continuous development.
• Monitor service quality and performance, manage training profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with QHSE standards and training records.

Qualifications for the Role

• Engineering degree or equivalent in electrotechnics
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Strong technical knowledge of drives and motors, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Excellent pedagogical skills and a passion for knowledge sharing
• Autonomous, rigorous, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Fluent in English and French
• Familiarity with quality standards (Qualiopi, ISO) and professional training best practices
