About the Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform service tasks according to work instructions and in compliance with ABB's quality and safety guidelines. You will deliver high-quality customer service daily, plan and execute service work based on customer orders and expectations, and demonstrate your expertise by ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication of timelines and service expectations.
